The Blue Lantern Inn offers facilities in which to hold a small group meeting or conference. We've developed a complete package of services to ensure the success of your meeting or event whether your gathering is for 6 or 40. Our attentive staff is trained to anticipate your unique requirements, enabling your group to focus on facilitating a creative and productive meeting, or an extraordinary and memorable special event.

Full day meeting rates Range from $275 to $500 and include:

• Gourmet coffee, fine tea, soft drinks and bottled water available throughout the day
• Morning break with homemade muffins and an afternoon break with freshly-baked cookies
• Notepads and pens
• High-speed wireless Internet access
• Onsite complimentary parking
• Flip chart, projector screen, overhead projector, telephone, extension cords and power strips
• Flat panel television with DVD player
• Audiovisual equipment

Library Meeting Room

The largest of our meeting rooms, it is tastefully appointed and can accommodate banquets of up to 40 people and meetings of up to 26, with either "U" shaped, theater style or conference style seating. The Library is ideal for the relaxed, less formal meeting. (The Library is located off the main lobby of the inn).

Traditional Conference Room

This elegant room provides a sophisticated, comfortable atmosphere for meetings and conferences of up to 12 people. The Traditional Conference Room is located on the Lower Level and is accessible via the elevator. Please know this room does not have natural light filtering in however it works great for a very private meeting.
