Reservation Information and Policies
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-In: 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm: Unfortunately, due to our small size, we typically cannot accommodate early check-in's or late departures. If you plan on arriving after 11:00 pm, please notify the hotel to make arrival arrangements.
Check-Out: Before 12:00 noon
OCCUPANCY AND LOCAL TAX
Transient Occupancy Tax is 10% and is charged on the room rate only. Four Sisters Inns does not require or assess any additional fees such as a resort or amenity tax.
To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card to be on file. For all holidays and special event periods we require prepayment for your entire stay two weeks prior to your stay. For all other dates, unless otherwise stated at time of reservation, we do not charge your card in advance.
We have a two day cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation. For all reservations cancelled two days or more before the date of arrival there is no charge. For reservations cancelled within two days of arrival, the first night charge, plus tax, will be billed to your credit card on file.
Reservations made within two days of the arrival date are considered non-cancellable and will incur a one night charge if cancelled. Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and do not check-in on the day of arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. Early departures forfeit the entirety of the original reservation. Early departures are subject to cancellation fees.
Group Reservations If four or more rooms are booked, either at one time or individually, it is considered a group reservation. A 30 day cancellation policy will apply, and payment in full is required at that time. This policy supersedes the policy shown on an individually booked reservation that is part of a group. A group booking fee may apply; please speak with our Group Coordinator directly for details.
Holiday or Special Event Periods Reservations that are made with during a special event or holiday period are subject to a longer cancellation policy. This will be stated on your confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact the manager about your cancellation policy. Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and reserved their guestroom through a group booking or during a special event period are subject to a no-show charge equal to the entire stay. Four Sisters Inns occasionally requires a two or three night minimum during special event and/or holiday periods. If you have reserved a guestroom during a time period with a minimum night stay and need to cancel, depart early or fail to check-in for your reservation, please know that the minimum night stay will be charged to your credit card on file.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED
Guests will be required to present a valid identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation as well as the credit card used to pay for the guestroom. If someone other than the guest on the reservation will be paying the folio charges, a Credit Card Authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
FRONT DESK HOTEL SAFE
Each inn offers a secure safe at the front desk for guest use. Items checked into the front desk safe will remain completely secure during the duration of the stay and are available to access during the inn’s posted front desk hours. Upon checking an item in, guest's will receive a written receipt of the item(s) with the declared value. We cannot accept cash or items valued in excess of $2500 total per room. Please know that we cannot be responsible for any items and/or valuables left in the guestroom at the guests discretion.
All Four Sisters Inns are 100% smoke-free inns. Please do not smoke in any of the guestrooms, on the patios or within 20 feet of the buildings. If smoking occurs, there will be a $200 cleaning fee per night added to your folio. Please know we strictly enforce this policy.
We have a limited number of dog-friendly guestrooms and advance dog reservations are required. An additional fee will be added to your folio. If you are interested in bringing your dog, please call the hotel directly to review the policy and inquire if the dog-friendly guestroom is available. Please know we strictly enforce this policy and will charge up to $200 for dogs admitted without an advance reservation in our dog-friendly guestroom. Our room rates are based on double occupancy. If there is a third guest (over the age of five) staying in the room, there will be a $25 extra person nightly charge. Many of the rooms cannot accommodate more than two guests. If you should need a portable guest bed, please contact us immediately as we have a limited number of these available and we will also confirm whether your room can accommodate an additional guest.
We welcome families and their children. For your comfort, please speak with the innkeeper directly to determine the best room to accommodate your family. Quiet hours must be observed after 8:30 pm for the comfort of all in the hotel. Children, ages five and under, stay free. If you should need a crib, you must request one in advance as there are a limited number available at each inn. Click here for additional information and guidelines for visiting with your child.
CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD POLICY
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
If paying with cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $100 per day towards incidentals will be collected at check-in.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Please contact the hotel prior to arrival to purchase or redeem gift certificates. Four Sisters Inns Gift Certificates may be transferred to other inns in the collection and never expire.
